3.1 The “OxTenFeet” Assurance of Comfort

In the footwear industry, fit is everything. Our “Fit Covenant” ensures that your shoes arrive in pristine, showroom condition. Because shoes are high-contact items, we maintain a strict verification policy to protect the hygienic standards and structural integrity of our inventory for all customers.

3.2 The “Indoor-Trial” Verification

  • Pristine Condition Requirement: For “Change of Mind” or “Size Exchange,” shoes must be returned in 100% unworn condition with no creases in the leather and zero scuffs on the soles. We strongly advise users to try on shoes only on carpeted surfaces.
  • Original Packaging: Returns must include the original box, shoe trees (if provided), and all tags.

3.3 The Structural Failure Protocol

  • Manufacturing Defects: If a shoe demonstrates “Sole Separation” or “Stitching Failure” within 7 days of delivery under normal indoor use, we provide a 100% Free Replacement.
  • The 48-Hour Inspection Window: Any physical damage (scuffs, discolored leather, or missing laces) must be reported via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence of the unboxing.
  • Refund Logic: Refunds are only issued if a replacement in the required size/model is unavailable. We prioritize getting the right fit on your feet over a transaction reversal.
